A) This Amer-i-can friend to my fellow states and townspeoples feels that the continued major weather assaults on our Country, at times, seems more than any one person or town can handle, especially when entire blocks of homes and schools and buildings are flattened! BUT...notice, please, how Amer-i-cans, those who can, come back out, cry and rebuild inch by inch.....
